PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This three-bedroom property was taken on under our Guaranteed Rent scheme with full refurbishment, delivered entirely at no cost to the landlord. The objective was to increase rental value and long-term stability through a strategic upgrade of the internal layout and finishes.
